This is one of the strongest, most efficient heat sink heads available. This innovative design has been tested for the optimum heat dissipation, size and strength. This high strength 7075 aircraft aluminum heat sink head will keep you engine running cool in the most demanding conditions.
The head clearance for the glow plug access is reduced for maximum cooling characteristics. This heat sink head is the same diameter of the standard 2.5 head but much taller. This minimizes aftermarket part clearance problems normally found when upgrading with other aftermarket heads. Heads can be upgraded to the patented Heat Exchanger Cooling System.

The Hour Glass heat exchanger cooling system provides maximum cooling for your TRX 3.3 engine. The heat exchanger tubes double the surface area of the head and allow more efficient cooling of the engine. The tubes can be added and removed to increase and reduce the cooling effectiveness of the head. The tubes are held in place by the top mounting flange plate with five mounting screws. This top plate allows easy access to the head bolts but keeps head bolts captive in the head to ensure the screws are never lost. This head and top plate are anodized blue with micro-polished tubes.
